    I’d have to say the hardest part would probably be going back on your word to stop smoking; once you have given it up for a few days it feels great, but then you think to yourself ‘there’s always tomorrow to quit’ or ‘ what will one more do to me’. It’s a hard habit to quit, but it is just what it sounds like–a habit. To break it, form a new one!

    Set goals and work hard towards them. Use a calendar and have support, these things can really work.

    Smoking causes so much damage to your lungs, mouth, and airways in between; I wish this terrible substance was never introduced to mankind!
